Race Summary:

Ouch.  So much for the lineups in the teens and twenties!  A few of the more fortunate teams saw their lineup in the thirties, but for most of us it was 50+ when all was said and done.

Much like Dale Jr., some teams probably wonder what went wrong this season.  Bad luck followed by occasional horrible luck has plagued some of our favorite drivers, and our eternal optimism makes us keep thinking "this is the week they turn it around".  When they do, we look like heroes.  When they don't, we look like zeroes.  This week, browsing through the team lineups it looked like Dale Jr, Carl Edwards, Kyle Busch, Mark Martin, and Dave Blaney were the most popular disappointments.

However, unlike Dale Jr, the fantasy league teams are NOT yet out of the race for the championship!  We still have ten races to go!  The top two, Tyler Tandem and Smoke20, have put a little distance on third place, but with 10 races to go I don't believe anyone is safe!  There's no room for error at this stage of the game, though.  Not too long ago, 100 points back would still put you in the top 10.  Now 100 points gets you 6th.
