Race Summary:

After the rain finally cleared, finally, we got to see how we did.  First I didn't think the race would start, then I never thought it would end.  Geez, I think there were a record number of cautions in the last 20 laps.  Anybody get to watch the race?  I caught the last part of it... long enough to watch J Gordon once again falter at the close of the race.  

The Tyler Tandem saw their lead at the top of the season standings shrink once again... now only ahead by 2 points!  It's not the dirty duck breathing down your neck, though... it's Smoke20!  While The Tyler Tandem & Smoke20 are neck-and-neck, 4th place through about 11th place are mighty tight!

Just like last week, when things are this close, there is a lot of moving around in the season standings.  This week's biggest jump was 4 spots for race junky, who is making a good effort at a comeback after missing a race a few weeks back.  The other 4 on the chart belongs to Cattleman, too bad it's the wrong way.  Don't worry Cattleman, Speedracer is there for you, just down a couple rungs, showing you the way.

The wide points range in the race lineups just goes to show you that you can certainly make up ground fast at this point since most of the season rankings are very close.  Careful, don't let your guard down, though!  For every jump you're looking to make, there are probably 4 teams below you waiting to knock you off, too.

Hey everyone, this week is a SATURDAY RACE - make sure and get those lineups in!  You can't afford to miss a race at this stage of the game if you're going to be a contender.
